When will my order arrive?
Please allow 2–3 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. (See the Processing section under our Policies tab for more details.) Shipping times may be extended during holidays.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, cancellations are not available. All orders are placed directly with our vendor, and once payment is received, customization begins immediately.
Can I wash my wig?
Yes—regular washing is an important part of wig care. We recommend shampooing and conditioning weekly, or less often depending on wear.
-
Because HD lace is very thin, handle it gently to prevent tears or holes.
-
Avoid applying conditioner directly to the knots, as this may cause shedding or bald spots.
-
For glued wigs: soak the lace in warm water with Dawn dish soap for about 15 minutes, then gently remove residue with a toothbrush or cloth.
-
Note: frequent washing of curly textures may loosen the curl pattern over time.
Always allow wigs and bundles to air dry for best results.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use of shampoo, conditioner, bleach, or other products. If unsure, seek professional guidance.
Can I dye my wig?
Yes—our wigs are available in Natural Black and have not been pre-colored, meaning they can be safely dyed.
How do I store my wig?
For proper longevity, store your wig on a wig head or in its original packaging to maintain shape and quality.
How long will my wig last?
With proper care, our wigs can last for months—even years. Longevity depends on maintenance, which includes regular shampooing, conditioning, and safe storage.
Can I use hot tools on my wigs?
Yes—our wigs can be styled with heat. Always apply a heat protectant before using hot tools to preserve hair quality and extend lifespan.
Will my wig shed?
Some shedding is natural, as extensions mimic human hair. However, with proper care—detangling, protection, and safe storage—shedding can be minimized.
How do I install my Tape-ins?
For best results, we strongly recommend professional installation by a licensed hairstylist. Improper installation may damage both the extensions and your natural hair.
