Processing:​

Once an order is placed with Sapphire Reign Extensions, there is a 2–3 business day verification period before processing begins.

• On-hand items: Processing time is 2–3 business days after verification.

• Custom or not on-hand items: Processing time is 1–3 business days after verification.

Please note: Processing does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit times. Once processing is complete, all orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Processing times are estimates, and orders may arrive sooner. Expedited or overnight shipping may be available for an additional fee (subject to carrier availability). No orders ship on holidays or outside of business hours.

Verification:

To ensure successful order processing, please verify that your billing address and contact information match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file.

• P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

• Transactions may fail or be held for review if the information entered does not match bank records.

• Shipping addresses must include: Street name, number, city, state, zip code, and apartment/suite number (if applicable).

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

Sapphire Reign Extensions is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

• If your order has not shipped, email us at SapphireReignExtensions@gmail.com to request a change. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed due to strict shipping schedules.

• Once an order is marked “Shipped”, the address cannot be changed, and the order cannot be canceled.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may:

  • Request a reshipment to the correct address (a new shipping fee will apply), or

  • Request a refund (minus shipping fees).

Failed Deliveries/Reshipping:

If a package is returned to Sapphire Reign Extensions due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or buyer refusal:

• A $25 reshipping fee will be applied.

• If the buyer chooses not to have the package reshipped, the order may be refunded (minus the original shipping cost).

Shipping method:

We currently ship within the United States only, via USPS Priority Mail.

• Packages require a signature upon delivery for security.

• If you opt out of the signature requirement, Sapphire Reign Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages left unattended.

Returns/Exchanges:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. (We photograph each item prior to shipping as part of our quality control.)

Damage caused after wearing or altering any product is the responsibility of the customer.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to update products, pricing, and site content at any time without notice.
 

Payment Safety:
Sapphire Reign Extensions does not collect or store debit/credit card information. All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

Duties/Taxes:

Prices listed do not include sales tax or shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.
