We do not offer any refunds. If your item(s) are damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately within 1 day (24 hours). We do take pictures of your item(s) prior to shipping. Any damages that occur after wearing any of our products, is the sole responsibility of the current owner. 

Shampooing and conditioning are essential steps in proper wig care. Cleanse your wig weekly, or less frequently depending on how often it is worn. When conditioning, avoid applying product directly to the knots, as this can loosen them and lead to shedding or balding on the lace.

We do not provide refunds for orders placed with the incorrect cap size. Please refer to the sizing guide image for instructions on how to measure your head and select the correct cap size.
