Any damages that occur after wearing any of our products, is the sole responsibility of the current owner.

The process of shampooing and conditioning your wig are key crucial steps in wig care. Cleanse your wig weekly, or less depending on how often you wear it. When conditioning the wig, avoid putting conditioner on the knots of the wig as the will cause the knots to loosen and potentially create shedding/balding of hair on the lace.

We do not offer refunds for ordering the incorrect cap size. Please refer to the picture of how to measure your head in order to determine the appropriate cap size for your head.
